Alington Heights Home 1

Located just above one of Portland's most famous park "Washington park".  Spectacular views are found from some of the houses on the hill. Overlooking the Willamette river, Mt. Saint Helens and Mt. Hood.  Many of these houses were built before 1939.  Cottage, English tudor, Colonial are found throughout.  You will also find newer construction Ranch homes from the 50's and 60's and modern remodels.  This is a smaller neighborhood where you will see many of the neighbors out walking.  Some of the streets are narrow and windy giving it a very intimate feeling.  Close by you will find Hoyt Arboretum, Japanese gardens, the Rose garden and the Zoo.
